The role

What you'll bring

  • HLTA status or equivalent experience (desirable).
  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational or SEND setting.
  • Confidence leading whole-class learning in the absence of a teacher.
  • The ability to motivate, engage and inspire pupils.
  • Patience, resilience and a positive, flexible approach.
  • A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.

About Us

Our new Options Autism school – Penny Tree – will have capacity for up to 100 pupils and is expected to open for students in the near future.
