We are looking for a Compliance & HSE Coordinator to join our highly driven Business Support Function — a team that is striving for success and smashing goals every day, to play a vital role in ensuring our company meets all legal, regulatory, and corporate safety obligations.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Compliance & HSE Manager to manage key regulatory requirements, coordinate testing and inspections, and ensure our sites remain safe, compliant, and well-documented.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain essential licenses and permits, including Petroleum Licenses, Environmental Permits, VR1 & VR2 Certificates, Premises and Music Licenses.
- Coordinate testing and inspections, such as electrical testing, PAT, EICRs, interceptor cleaning, fire safety equipment checks, and drainage plans.
- Keep the company’s Asbestos Register up to date and ensure all certifications and inspections are compliant.
- Support audits, inspections, and site visits with accurate administration and record-keeping.
- Track and document compliance activities, ensuring all deadlines are met.
What We Are Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing multiple tasks.
- Proactive and process-driven, with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and resilience under pressure. Experience is desired but for the right person not essential as full training will be given.
