Trainee Cafe Bakery Manager

We are looking for a Trainee Store Manager to join a successful food retail/bakery business in Barnstaple.

This position will suit someone looking for a career, to join an established and successful company that will invest in you, develop you and progress you into a management position, and above all will give you an opportunity whatever background you come from., * Completing the 6 month training programme to develop you into an assistant manager/manager

• Working alongside the management team and learning the ropes

• Preparing food, serving customers, merchandising, handling cash, looking after stock

• Giving excellent customer service

• Supporting and supervising the small team

• Ideally, but not essentially, some experience working in a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery or retail operation

• Good customer service skills

• A strong desire to learn, develop and progress
