We are looking for an experienced head chef to head up the kitchen in a very busy high volume day time only restaurant serving all fresh food menus, including baking.

You will be responsible for training and developing the team, managing every aspect of the kitchen and working closely with the group catering manager.

A massive bonus is that this is a day time only restaurant, so you won't work any evenings.
