We are looking for a manager or strong assistant manager looking for a step up to head up an established and successful high street food retail shop in Paignton.

Daytime shifts only - great work/life balance, 39 hours a week.

Manager - Is This You?
  • Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager or assistant manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation.
  • A passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service.
  • A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail.
  • A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results.
  • Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales.
Manager - Main Duties
  • Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances.
  • Recruit, train and develop your team.
  • Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance.
