The Restaurant Manager we are looking for will have a quality food led background, exceptional customer service skills, a real eye for detail and the ability to recruit and train great people and build sales. Alongside being financially and commercially astute.
It is a busy operation so you will also need some volume experience and exerience of leading a team.
