Working in team of pastry chefs you will produce cakes, desserts, tray bakes patisserie and biscuits etc fresh daily.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will:
- Prepare and bake cakes, desserts, tray bakes, pastries, patisserie and biscuits etc fresh daily to company spec recipes
- Have the oppotunity to introduce your own ideas and recipes
- Work closely with the head pastry chef and pastry team
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area adhering to kitchen legislation and compliance
- Monitor stock levels
- Carry out cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards.

- An experienced pastry chef de partie/chef/chef with a strong interest in persuing a career in pastry – full training will be given
