We are looking to recruit a General Operations Manager for an award winning independent company operating daytime restaurants and food retail units with strong values centred around customer service, professionalism, quality of product, and high standards.

Based in the Llantwit Major area you will have full financial, operational and strategic day to day responsibility for the restaurants and retail business, and will be a passionate foodie with strong financial and commercial acumen.

As well as possessing excellent people management/HR skills and the drive to succeed.

Without corporate brand constraints you will have the autonomy to really develop the offer and shape the business.
