They are now looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager based in the South Coast - East/West Sussex area, a great opportunity for a current operations/area manager or a multi-site manager to join a successful expanding company.
You will have full financial and operational accountability for a region of restaurants, will be a passionate foodie with strong financial and commercial acumen and possess excellent people management skills and the drive to succeed. A massive bonus is that the restaurants are predominantly daytime operations, so you will have a great work life balance. We need you to be based in the South Coast - East/West Sussex area and to have a driving licence.

We are looking for an operations manager who will show, train, coach, motivate, develop people, improve standards and drive sales.
The role:
- Full responsibility for a region of restaurants
- Accountability for multiple P & L accounts, budgets, costs and labour
- Recruit, train, develop, lead, motivate and performance manage your team
- Ensure that high standards, compliance and company systems & procedures are adhered to
- Work with the managers to drive sales
- Have a keen eye for detail - know what good looks like
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Work to company targets and KPIs
You will have:
- Experience as a restaurant/cafe/food led pub/coffee shop area/operations/multi-site manager in high volume commercial customer facing operations
- Very strong financial & commercial acumen - P & L accountability
- Excellent communication, people management, leadership and coaching skills
- A lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail
- An intrinsic understanding of legislation & compliance
- The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results
- A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
- IT literacy - working with systems & process
