CHEF DE PARTIE - YOU WILL:
- Prepare and cook the seasonally changing company menus
- Work alongside the senior chefs and FOH teams
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation and kitchen safety measures
- Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to
