Overview
We partner with one of the UKs fastest growing companies in their sector successful, expanding, award winning and forward thinking. Due to recent and pending new acquisitions/expansion they are strengthening the team looking for a Head of Restaurant Operations to report into the Director of Restaurants. Ideally based in the Sheffield/Doncaster areas you will oversee a number of regions and regional managers. A field-based role you will take responsibility for new projects and developments and will be focussed on the performance of the regions and people. A massive bonus is that the restaurants are predominantly daytime operations, so you will have a great work life balance.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for a number of regions and regional managers
- Accountability for multiple P & L accounts, budgets, costs and labour
