I am looking for a Head Chef for a busy high volume gastro pub serving fresh locally sourced produce. Owned by a small company operating country pubs, boutique bedrooms and cocktail lounges, all their pubs are absolutely beautiful with well appointed kitchens that are well maintained and are performing extremely well.
