We are looking for an experienced head chef to head up the kitchen in a very busy high volume day time only restaurant serving an all fresh company core menu. You will be responsible for training and developing the team, managing every aspect of the kitchen and working closely with the general restaurant manager. A massive bonus is that this is a day time only restaurant, so you won't work any evenings ever! You will need your own transport to get here.

Role - Head Chef
As Head Chef you will:
- Lead the daily operation of the kitchen, you will be hands on.
- Manage the GP and all costs and budgets.
- Recruit, train, develop and lead your team.
- Monitor stock levels and manage stock orders.
- Carry out weekly stock counts to ensure GP targets are achieved.
- Manage the cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards.
- Plan rotas and holidays to meet service level requirements.
- Work closely with the General Restaurant Manager to achieve the highest standards, service and sales.
