I am looking for a Commis Chef for an extremely high volume daytime only restaurant - new year start. All the menus are freshly prepared daily, including all baking, and it is open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.

A massive bonus is that you will work sensible hours (40 hours a week) straight daytime shifts with no late evenings.
