We are currently looking for two restaurant operations/deputy restaurant general managers for similar businesses in the Cheltenham/Stow-on-the-Wold areas. They are both senior multi-site roles overseeing a number of high volume restaurants, cafes and coffee shops working alongside and reporting to general managers. They are hands-on operational positions managing and leading large teams, logistics, stock, standards, service, budgets, labour and communication. You need your own transport.

The role:
- Overseeing a number of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops alongside the general manager
- Accountability for labour, costs, budgets and stock
- Working in a hands-on capacity
- Training, developing, leading, and motivating the team
- Ensuring that high standards, compliance and company systems & procedures are adhered to
- Working alongside and supporting the general manager
- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Working to company targets and KPIs
You will have:
- Experience as a multi-site restaurant/cafe/food led pub/coffee shop area/operations manager in high volume commercial customer facing operations
- Strong financial & commercial acumen
- Excellent communication, people management, leadership and coaching skills
- A lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail
- An intrinsic understanding of legislation & compliance
- The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results
- A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
- IT literacy - working with systems & process
