We are looking for a chef de partie to join a local established high volume day time only restaurant near Littlehampton serving predominantly fresh food menus. Experience as a chef de partie gained working in high volume restaurants, contract catering operations, pubs etc A background preparing, producing and cooking core company menus Passion for cooking using all fresh ingredients A hands-on approach and willingness to learn CHEF DE PARTIE – YOU WILL: Prepare and cook the seasonally changing company menus Work alongside the senior chefs and FOH teams Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation and kitchen safety measures Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to APPLY TODAY Please note: You must be resident in the UK and eligible to work.
