We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for a high volume day time only restaurant near Buckley - probably from a branded high street background. The Restaurant Manager we are looking for will have a quality food led background, exceptional customer service and strong leadership skills, a real eye for detail and the ability to recruit and train great people and build sales. Alongside being extremely financially and commercially astute.

Role - Restaurant Manager

  • Manage all day to day operations
  • Control labour, stock and all costs & budgets
  • Recruit, train, develop, motivate and lead your team
  • Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front, including in the kitchen
  • Maintain high standards, compliance and company systems & procedures
  • Oversee and work closely with the kitchen team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

  • Strong financial & commercial acumen - P & L accountability

  • The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results
