We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to work alongside the Catering Manager near Preston at an established multi-faceted business - part of a national UK company catering for large groups serving company core to spec menus. You will have experience working in high-volume catering/restaurant operations. You might be an assistant/deputy manager looking to step up. You need your own transport.
