We need an experienced assistant catering/cafe/restaurant manager looking for a challenge to support the catering manager in overseeing two sites that have huge potential. Further sites are in the pipeline.

Working alongside and deputising for the catering manager, you will oversee the operational performance of both sites supporting with cost, stock & budget control and working together to drive sales.
