Penny Brohn UK is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Evaluation Officer to join our Services team and work alongside our Impact & Evaluation Lead. This newly created role will play a vital part in helping us understand and improve the experience of people affected by cancer. You will analyse client feedback and evaluation data, produce reports for funders and strategic partners, and help ensure that evidence drives service improvement across the organisation. Candidates will have experience working with data, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly to a range of audiences. Whether your background is in evaluation, research, psychology, public health, health services or the charity sector, we would love to hear from you.
- Analysing quantitative and qualitative client feedback data
- Supporting continuous quality improvement through evaluation and insight
- Producing reports for funders and partners including GenesisCare
- Supporting fundraising bids through impact reporting and evidence gathering
- Contributing to service development and organisational learning.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data
- Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative team
