Recruitment & Compliance Administrator – Temporary | Edgbaston | £12.50 per hour

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Recruitment & Compliance Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the timely recruitment and onboarding of clinical staff in line with company and regulatory standards. You will support ensuring that all clinicians meet full compliance before undertaking placements, supporting the safe and effective delivery of healthcare services.

Your role:

* Provide end-to-end administrative support for clinical recruitment, including data entry and communicating with candidates.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

* Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.

* Liaise with clinicians to support the upload and verification of documentation, including following up on outstanding requirements and resolving queries.

* Manage, verify, and maintain compliance documentation such as Right to Work, Criminal Record Checks (DBS, PVG, Access NI), clinical registrations (GMC, NMC, HCPC), training certificates, and occupational health clearances.

* Keep candidate records accurate and up-to-date on the online compliance platform.

* Monitor compliance status and proactively engage clinicians to ensure the prompt submission of expiring or expired documents.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in recruitment or compliance administration, preferably within the healthcare sector.

* Understanding of NHS compliance standards and healthcare vetting requirements.

* Strong administrative and organisational skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail. xiskglj
