We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production and Warehouse Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed to provide full training and hands-on experience across both production and warehouse operations. You will work closely with experienced team members to develop practical skills, gain industry knowledge, and build a strong foundation for future progression within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the rework and preparation of goods in line with company procedures
- Learn to operate machinery and equipment under supervision
- Follow all health, safety, and quality control guidelines
- Support the packing, picking, and dispatch of customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
- Participate actively in on-the-job training and development sessions
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
