Part-Time Financial Controller | Birmingham Business Park Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days) Salary: £42,600 gross (pro-rata) Our client, a leader in the aviation sector, is building a high-performing team focused on excellence and growth. They are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join on a part-time basis, providing strategic financial guidance and overseeing financial management to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and present financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. * Lead budgeting processes, provide variance analysis, and identify opportunities for cost optimisation. * Monitor and forecast cash flow, ensuring liquidity. * Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives. * Manage tax compliance, audits, and stay updated on financial regulations. * Oversee accounts payable/receivable and implement cost-saving measures. * Optimise financial systems for efficiency and accuracy. * Deliver clear financial reports and insights to support decision-making. * Develop systems and processes in a growing business environment. * Negotiate with payment platforms and AMEX.
