We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a dynamic sales function.

In this role, you will take ownership of a shared inbox, liaise confidently with customers and third parties, and provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team. If you are organised, self-motivated, and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage a shared email inbox, ensuring queries are handled efficiently.
  • Respond to customer and third-party enquiries via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit approval requests for tender participation, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and aligned with internal processes.
  • Process payments to third parties, including raising requisitions and GNR documentation.
  • Handle invoice processing and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Extract, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and key documentation.
  • Draft and send contractual letters, including contract expiry notifications.
  • Provide cover for Sales Executives and Customer Managers when required.
  • Support general sales administration activities and ad hoc tasks.

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
