The Role
We are looking for a Training & Development Manager to support Project Nexus, our transformation programme introducing new systems, processes and ways of working. This is a hands-on role where you will design and deliver training that ensures colleagues are confident, capable and ready to adopt change.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and deliver training on new systems and processes
  • Develop clear training materials and user guides
  • Deliver engaging group and 1:1 sessions
  • Support UAT and go-live readiness
  • Provide post-go-live support to embed learning
  • Continuously improve training based on feedback and outcomes

About You:
Proven experience designing and delivering training within a transformation, system implementation, or change environment.
Strong ability to translate complex systems and processes into clear, practical and engaging learning.
Confident and adaptable facilitator, experienced in delivering both group and 1:1 training sessions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organised, with strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving transformation environment.
