We are looking for a Training & Development Manager to support Project Nexus, our transformation programme introducing new systems, processes, and ways of working. This is a hands-on role where you will design and deliver training that ensures colleagues are confident, capable, and ready to adopt change.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and deliver training on new systems and processes
  • Develop clear training materials and user guides
  • Deliver engaging group and 1:1 sessions
  • Support UAT and go-live readiness
  • Provide post-go-live support to embed learning
  • Continuously improve training based on feedback and outcomes

About You:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering training within a transformation, system implementation, or change environment
  • Strong ability to translate complex systems and processes into clear, practical, and engaging learning
  • Confident and adaptable facilitator, experienced in delivering both group and 1:1 training sessions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, with strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving transformation environment
