Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Scheduler to join our professional and experienced team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity with strong benefits and genuine career progression.
The Role
As a Customer Service Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of our water hygiene operations. You will support business growth, maintain excellent customer service standards, and ensure all scheduling and administrative processes run smoothly. You will be responsible for managing customer contracts, scheduling field-based technicians, and ensuring compliance with KPIs and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for field technicians
- Manage and update customer contracts and service schedules
- Liaise with clients to arrange appointments and resolve queries
- Plan works to meet contractual KPIs and compliance requirements
- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Analyse legionella control data and support remedial actions
- Support account managers in delivering contract performance
- Process sales orders, monitor completion, and enable timely invoicing
- Ensure all customer documentation is accurately recorded and filed
- Assist with purchasing processes and financial administration when required
- Identify opportunities for customer growth and support new business enquiries
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure service excellence
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years' admin experience and strong Excel skills
- Confidence on the phone for contacting customers by phone and email
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive, "can-do" attitude
- Good IT skills and experience working with databases/systems
- Ability to follow processes and company policies
- Experience working in a commercial or administrative team (preferred)
