We are looking for a Training & Development Manager to support Project Nexus, our transformation programme introducing new systems, processes and ways of working. This is a hands‑on role where you will design and deliver training that ensures colleagues are confident, capable and ready to adopt change.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and deliver training on new systems and processes
- Develop clear training materials and user guides
- Deliver engaging group and 1:1 sessions
- Support UAT and go‑live readiness
- Provide post‑go‑live support to embed learning
- Continuously improve training based on feedback and outcomes
About You
- Proven experience designing and delivering training within a transformation, system implementation, or change environment
- Strong ability to translate complex systems and processes into clear, practical and engaging learning
- Confident and adaptable facilitator, experienced in delivering both group and 1:1 training sessions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised, with strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced and evolving transformation environment
