SES Business Water provides water and wastewater services for businesses across England and Scotland. Our customers include major high street retailers, supermarkets, hospitality and leisure, local and national government, NHS, independent schools, manufacturing, food processing and an international airport.
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer‑focused individual to support our sales team and manage customer retention across our B2B client base.
Key Responsibilities- Support the full sales cycle, including documentation, contracts, and onboarding handovers
- Act as a point of contact for customers and TPI partners, handling queries and ensuring excellent service
- Maintain CRM pipeline and produce sales reports and forecasts
- Provide administrative support across sales, contracts, and commission processing
- Manage customer renewals, reduce churn, and conduct retention activity
- Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and handle customer accounts proactively
- Strong understanding of sales processes
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and customer‑focused
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel skills a plus)
