The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in representing SES Water and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Reporting to a Team Supervisor and Manager, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing expert support, and ensuring every interaction reflects our values of Service, Integrity, Collaboration, Commitment, Compassion, and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure the best outcomes for customers.
  • Deliver excellent service across multiple communication channels, including telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information and tailored advice to customers.
