Pennon Group plc, via South West Water, seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management of high-volume reactive maintenance and other contracts across the group. You will manage NEC3/4 contracts, oversee payments, and guide a team of surveyors to deliver best-value outcomes with an annual spend of about £50 million.
You will report to the Senior Commercial Manager, driving cost control, governance, and continuous improvement while coordinating with internal teams.
