- Reporting Administrator
- We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused
Reporting Administrator to join our Operational Reporting team.
This is a pivotal administrative role that supports the delivery of accurate operational reporting, effective stakeholder communication, and the smooth running of reporting processes across the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the Reporting Technicians and Operational Reporting Manager.
- Support the production and distribution of regular and ad hoc operational report requests from managers and business stakeholders.
- Validate, cleanse, and maintain data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate reporting requests and requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage the team's shared mailbox, responding to or redirecting queries as appropriate.
- Act as a key point of contact between operational teams, Reporting Technicians, and other business functions.
- Assist with the processing of Guaranteed Standards of Service (GSS) payments.
- Support the creation and maintenance of flooding information within corporate mapping systems.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and track actions to ensure commitments are followed through and completed on time.
- Maintain action logs and provide updates on outstanding actions to relevant stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for reporting processes, systems, and tools.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, reporting, or data‑focused role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to produce clear and professional meeting minutes and maintain action trackers.
- Confidence working with data and interpreting reporting information.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Experience working with databases or reporting systems.
- Experience supporting operational or utility‑based teams.
- Knowledge of data validation and data quality processes.
