We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented OT Planner to support our Operational Technology (OT) Maintenance team. In this vital role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—coordinating workflows, supporting field teams, and ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance activities across ICA (Instrumentation, Control & Automation) assets and systems.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan, schedule, and allocate work orders (reactive & planned)
  • Manage inboxes and workflow queues, responding to operational queries
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance against SLAs
  • Support field technicians with administration, tools, PPE, and equipment
  • Manage fleet compliance in line with company policies
  • Raise purchase orders, process deliveries, and manage suppliers
  • Maintain asset records within corporate systems
  • Support meetings (including organisation, travel bookings, and minute taking)
  • Produce routine and ad hoc reports for management

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in a busy administrative or office environment
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using IT systems and data management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across the region
  • Ability to pass UK Government Security Clearance (SC)
