Role Summary
Working at the heart of our operation, the Control Room plays a critical role monitoring performance, responding to live operational activity, and ensuring consistent service delivery. This is a fast‑paced, structured environment where teamwork, accuracy, and real‑time decision‑making are key.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring and interpreting real‑time operational data.
- Supporting effective decision‑making to maintain service continuity.
- Communicating clearly with operational teams and stakeholders.
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
- Identifying risks and supporting performance improvements.
Shift Pattern
This role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern: 6 days on, 4 days off (2x mornings, 2x afternoons, 2x nights).
Shift Times
- 06:30 – 15:05
- 14:30 – 23:05
- 22:30 – 07:05
