Pennon Group Plc is seeking a passionate Customer Care Advisor to join our Customer Hub team.

You will resolve complex customer issues, deliver outstanding service, and keep customers informed throughout their journey while collaborating with operational teams to achieve timely resolutions.

You will manage complaints, monitor SLAs, generate updates for management, support vulnerable customers including Priority Services, and maintain accurate records.
