As a Network Services Technical Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting the operational teams that keep our water network running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email and supporting first‑stage complaint resolution.
  • Managing shared inboxes and work queues to meet response times and service targets.
  • Triaging customer applications and raising work orders within company systems.
  • Coordinating appointments and supporting scheduling of operational field teams.
  • Maintaining accurate data in systems such as SAP and FFA to support operational reporting.
  • Liaising with planners, customer service teams and contractors to resolve routine issues.
  • Supporting onboarding of new team members and providing guidance on systems and processes.
  • Identifying small process improvements to help the team work more efficiently.

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role within a busy environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator able to deal with customers and colleagues professionally.
  • Good IT skills and experience using business systems (SAP or similar desirable).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, team‑focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
