Waiter / Waitress – Penningtons Restaurant, Windsor - £12.81 p/h plus TRONC and superb benefits. Start date June 2026. Created by the same team that brought Michelin-recognised Emberwood to Bath, Penningtons is opening soon. A new bar and British Brasserie shaped by warm hospitality, British seasonality and a love of simple things done well. From long lunches and leisurely afternoon teas to late evenings, it will be a space to gather, unwind and enjoy generous British cooking at its best. About the role

Join the opening team at Pennington’s, a brand-new British Brasserie opening soon within the historic Castle Hotel. We’re looking for charismatic, energetic Waiters to help us set the standard. If you love the buzz of a busy floor, have a passion for seasonal British produce, and want to be part of an exciting new launch from day one, we want to hear from you. As a Waiter at Pennington’s, you aren’t just taking orders—you’re the face of our brand. You’ll be:

  • Guiding the Journey: Introducing guests to our Brasserie-style menu.
  • Delivering Excellence: Providing seamless, attentive hospitality in a fast-paced, stylish environment.
  • Knowing Your Craft: Learning our wine list and menus inside out to make expert recommendations.
  • Building the Vibe: Helping us create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps locals and visitors to the area coming back.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re a natural "people person" with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Previous experience in a busy, independent restaurant or brasserie is a big plus, but a great work ethic is even better.
  • You enjoy working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep things running smoothly.
  • Comfortable working a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
