Join the opening team at Pennington’s, a brand‑new British Brasserie opening soon within the historic Castle Hotel.
We’re looking for charismatic, energetic Bartenders to help us set the standard from day one.

As a Bartender at Pennington’s, you won’t just be pouring drinks — you’ll be a key part of the atmosphere and experience that brings guests back time and time again. You’ll be:
- Crafting the Experience: Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers, and classic drinks with consistency and flair.
- Delivering Excellence: Providing warm, attentive service in a stylish, high‑energy brasserie environment.
- Knowing Your Craft: Learning our drinks menu, wine list, and seasonal offerings inside out to make confident recommendations.
- Building the Vibe: Creating a welcoming bar atmosphere for locals, hotel guests, and visitors alike.

- Previous experience behind a busy bar, in an independent restaurant, brasserie, or hospitality venue is a big plus — but great energy and work ethic matter just as much.
- You stay calm under pressure and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passionate about cocktails, wine, spirits, and delivering great hospitality.
- Comfortable working a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
