Overview We are seeking a talented and ambitious Associate (5+ years' PQE) to join our growing Commercial Real Estate team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and commercially minded lawyer looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers across a broad range of high-quality real estate matters for investors, developers, landlords, occupiers and financial institutions. We are looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with energy, initiative and a genuine enthusiasm for building client relationships and helping to grow a successful practice. Responsibilities Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio transactions. Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leasing, asset management and strategic portfolio advice. Supporting development and regeneration projects. Advising on the real estate aspects of corporate and finance transactions. Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of transactions. Building strong and lasting client relationships through excellent service delivery. Identifying opportunities to develop new and existing client relationships. Contributing to business development initiatives, networking events and profile-raising activities. Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.
