The Immigration team are looking to recruit an associate to join them in the London office. The successful candidate must be experienced in business immigration; experience of private/personal immigration would be beneficial. This is a family cover role for 9-12 months.

Responsibilities

  • To undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the division.
  • To deliver a high quality commercial legal service ensuring personal compliance with quality standards and professional ethics.
  • To be an ambassador for the firm at all times and always promote it in a positive light.

Essential & Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working at a top tier immigration practice.
  • Admitted to the roll of solicitors.
  • 3-6 PQE.
  • Strong track record of dealing with business immigration matters.
  • Experience in personal/individual immigration matters desirable but not essential.
  • Specialist knowledge of relevant area of law.
  • To have achieved all competency levels relevant to an Associate (mid).
