The PI / CN team in Guildford are seeking a NQ/junior solicitor to join the team from September 2026.
Responsibilities:
- The role is working for one partner and one Senior Associate in the team with a caseload comprising mainly clinical negligence cases.
- The candidate will ideally be happy to provide some assistance on high value personal injury claims as well.
- The workload is likely to include assisting on several high value claims and gaining experience working alongside senior members of the team.
- The aim will also be to start to build up a caseload for the associate to run under supervision.
Essential & Desirable Criteria:
- The ideal candidate is someone keen and enthusiastic about this area of work and who wants to take on responsibility and be fully involved in case work.
- Key attributes needed will be communication (both internally and in a client facing role), enthusiasm to work on a number of cases and gain a wide range of experience, an ability to work in a structured fashion and flexibility.
