The Immigration team are looking to recruit an associate to join them in the London office. The successful candidate must be experienced in business immigration; experience of private/personal immigration would be beneficial. This is a family cover role for 9-12 months.
Responsibilities
- To undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the division.
- To deliver a high quality commercial legal service ensuring personal compliance with quality standards and professional ethics.
- To be an ambassador for the firm at all times and always promote it in a positive light.
Essential & Desirable Criteria
- Experience working at a top tier immigration practice.
- Admitted to the roll of solicitors.
- 3-6 PQE.
- Strong track record of dealing with business immigration matters.
- Experience in personal/individual immigration matters desirable but not essential.
- Specialist knowledge of relevant area of law.
- To have achieved all competency levels relevant to an Associate (mid).
