Responsibilities

• The Charities team advises on a broad spectrum of work.
• We are looking to hire an NQ Associate into our Guildford, Oxford or Cambridge office.
• Assisting the lead partner and other team members with Charities work.
• Drafting documentation.
• Research tasks.
• Managing client deadlines.
• Business development.

Essential & Desirable Criteria

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Good organisational and drafting skills.
• Evidence of a keen interest in Charity law.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• A collaborative, 'team player' approach.
• Some Corporate experience is desirable.
