At each stage of your progression, your status and salary will be enhanced to recognise your increasing skills and experience. After completion of your training period and becoming fully authorised, you will work in the field on client projects in both domestic (housing) and complex properties (e.g., railway stations, shops, hospitals).

Key Responsibilities
- The core role would be either client‑site or office‑based, and once trained and authorised, you will be undertaking various types of asbestos surveys, and air monitoring for clients.

- R&D Survey (Refurbishment and Demolition Survey) – A refurbishment / demolition survey is required where the premises, or part of it, need upgrading, refurbishment or demolition. The survey does not need a record of the condition of asbestos‑containing materials (ACM). A Refurbishment / demolition survey aims to ensure that nobody will be harmed by work on ACM in the premises or equipment.
- Air Monitoring – Involves testing the air to measure the level of respirable airborne asbestos fibres in an area during work on asbestos‑containing materials. Control monitoring is designed to test the effectiveness of control measures while work or removals is undertaken on asbestos‑containing materials.
