Due to our continued growth and national client portfolio of partners, Pennington Choices is looking for qualified field-based Asbestos Surveyors and Dual role Asbestos Surveyor Analysts to join our asbestos teams across the UK, to deliver services in accordance with our client’s contractual requirements in both commercial and housing sectors.

Your responsibilities would involve

  • Conducting UKAS-accredited Management, Refurbishment, Demolition Surveys, and analytical work as applicable
  • Staying updated on asbestos and health & safety legislation, UKAS standards, and industry best practices.
  • Working flexibly across offices or client sites as required.
  • Maintaining technical expertise and sector awareness.
  • Complying with quality management, assurance, and audit processes.
  • Upholding company values and professionalism.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of work and meet legal obligations.
  • Taking ownership of achieving personal billing and productivity targets.
  • Contributing to a positive, open, and learning-focused company culture.
  • Engaging in ongoing training and development.
  • Performing other duties as needed.

About you

To succeed in this role you will need to hold, as a minimum for the Surveyor role; P402 qualifications, plus P403 and P404 for the Dual role and possess the following attributes:

  • Experience in conducting UKAS accredited asbestos surveys to a high standard
  • Full driving License and driving experience
  • Ability to work at height and confined spaces (training provided)
  • Agreement to DBS check

Beneficial experience

  • Construction or surveying HND or Degree Scientific/Maths A-levels, or science HND.
