Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Preston for an Asbestos Surveyor. The responsibilities include conducting asbestos surveys in various property types in compliance with current legislation. The surveyor will collect and document asbestos data, prepare accurate reports, and assist in ensuring property compliance. Duties also include maintaining equipment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and supporting clients with professional advice on asbestos management. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and client representatives while ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Competency in performing asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys).
  • Detailed understanding of current asbestos legislation and guidance (e.g., Control of Asbestos Regulations).

  • Knowledge of property compliance and building safety standards.
