Location: Lancashire, initially covering Nelson and Burnley
Salary: £32,000 per annum, with potential progression up to £45,000 as the service expands
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Work location: In person, with travel between PYS properties

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager, Service Manager or Registered Service Manager who wants to play a key role in developing a high-quality supported accommodation service.
This is a hands-on management opportunity that would particularly suit an experienced Deputy Manager or Service Manager who is ready to progress into their first Ofsted-registered management role.
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operation of the service, support and develop staff, maintain strong safeguarding and compliance standards and help mobilise additional PYS properties. xgikmsk
