We provide safe, relationship-led support that helps young people develop confidence, independence and the practical skills required for adulthood. PYS is a growing provider with one operational property and a second property currently being mobilised. We have clear plans for responsible expansion across Lancashire while maintaining strong safeguarding, quality and compliance standards. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager, Service Manager or Registered Service Manager who wants to play a key role in developing a high-quality supported accommodation service. This is a hands-on management opportunity that would particularly suit an experienced Deputy Manager or Service Manager who is ready to progress into their first Ofsted-registered management role. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operation of the service, support and develop staff, maintain strong safeguarding and compliance standards and help mobilise additional PYS properties.
