We are seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with around two years’ post‑qualification experience to join our well‑equipped practice in Greater Manchester. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload including exotics and provides a supportive, collaborative team environment. Rota 40 hours per week across four days. Part‑time arrangements available. No out‑of‑hours, on‑call or Sunday work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality clinical care and basic surgery for small animals and exotics.
  • Carry out diagnostic investigations and manage a wide variety of cases.
  • Support and mentor colleagues, contributing to team training and professional development.
  • Maintain positive client relationships, delivering reassuring experiences.
  • Participate in clinical audits and help shape clinical standards.

Qualifications

  • Post‑qualification veterinary surgeon with approximately two years of experience.
  • Confidence in clinical skills and diagnostics.
