Pennine Recruitment (acting as an employment business) are delighted to be recruiting for a Warehouse & FLT Flexi/Bendi Driver to join an established business in Heywood on a full time, Temporary ongoing basis. In this role you will be working as part of a small team and you will be a big part of ensuring the companies continued growth by ensuring the effective distribution of their products!
Please note: this role is for a true warehouse all-rounder. As such you won't solely be working on a Forklift. You will be expected to pick/pack orders, check stock and even pick up a sweeping brush from time to time!
Key responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing orders and ensuring that all orders are processed correctly
- Use of a Flexi/Bendi forklift to move stock around the warehouse and put into the correct locations
- Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
- Booking in deliveries & managing orders
- Moving stock which can be quite heavy
To be successful, you will:
- Be able to work as part of a close knit team and be able to work collaboratively with the team
- Hold an FLT Bendi/Flexi License
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Have a flexible attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication & organisational skills
- Be able to multi-task, prioritise and manage own workload whilst turning challenges into opportunities
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am-5pm
